Ebisu lists the 8 principles of the shinobi: virtue, justice, ceremony, wisdom, loyalty, faithfulness, prudence, and filial piety - my manga translation only says "the Hokage must be well versed in all aspects of being a ninja"

Naruto's milk carton says good until 9/10 (in the anime the meeting was in October so the milk was a month spoiled!)
