Ch 217: For Someone Important (Ep 127)
No flashbacks to Orochimaru and Kimmaro.
Gaara says "Orochimaru's brainwashing.you're souless"
Gaara thinks "This great ability has been overused.you have no chakra left." while in anime he thinks himself low on chakra.
Kimi says "It's not brainwashing.It's all my own reasoning.what the hell would you know " instead of "finding the truth of this world with Orichimaru."
Kimi's drill arm doesn't come close to Gaara's eye
End with Naruto caching up with Sasuke at the valley with the statues.
Ch 218: Brothers of the Leaf!! (Ep 128)
Naruto has flashbacks to his history with Sasuke but not to Choji, Neji, Shikamaru or Kiba, or Lee. But does have flashback to Shikamaru's speech aout bringing back Sasuke as a leaf comrade.
Ends with Naruto saying he'll take Sasuke back by force.
Ch 219: The Future and the Past (Ep128)
No flashbacks while Naruto is underwater.
Naruto runs on top of the water and leaps up to attack Sasuke but Sasuke kicks him down. In the anime Naruto falls back to the water but here Naruto does Kage bunshin and forms a chain of clones and uses a kunai to anchor himself to the statue.
The clone chain swings around and he kicks Sasuke, saying "did that wake you up?" Then Sasuke gets up and punches Naruto off the cliff. He does not take his back pouch.
Ends with Sasuke saying "The future is not where my dream is,,,it's in the past. that's where it'll always be."
Ch 220: Brothers (Ep 128-129)
Sasuke's flashback to training with Itachi and being carried home and the police HQ is not intercut with the fight with Naruto.No scene of Naruto being tied to the rock and Sasuke hitting him with a fireball.
Sasuke's Dad doesn't have the heavy long lines on his face.
Half a year after becoming a chuunin, Itachi goes on a mission to enlist in the Anbu.
Ends with Sasuke watching Itachi's back thinking "Brother you're so far away."
Ch 221: A Distant Brother (ep 129)
No significant differences.
Ends with the three Uchiha police calling for Itachi.
Ch 222: Suspicions of Itachi (ep 129)
In the anime the long hair Uchiha warns Itachi not to hide anything but in the manga it's the short hair guy.
No cutting to present Naruto-Sasuke fight.
Ends with Itachi glaring at the 3 leaving Uchiha and his father.
Ch 223: Sasuke and His Father (ep 130)
No cutting to present Naruto-Sasuke fight.
Sasuke says the classes are going well rather than it's boring.
No scene with Sasuke's mom rubbing ointment on his face.
No scene discussing his father with his mom.
No Sasuke training like Itachi.
Ends with Itachi poking Sasuke in the forehead and Sasuke thinking he was like the old Itachi.
Ch 224: That Day.!! (Ep 130-131)

No aunt and uncle bodies seen, Sasuke doesn't go into house first, goes to room where Itachi/parents are.
Itachi yells out "Sasuke don't come in."
Ends with Itachi telling Sasuke to awaken the mangekyou sharingan he must kill his best friend.
Ch 225: Within the Darkness (Ep 131)
Itachi (what is under the tatami mat in the temple is translated as the clan's secret meeting place rather than commentrary scroll): "There you will find what the purpose of the doujutsu of the Uchiha clan originally served.The real secret is written there.If you open your eyes to the truth.including myself there will be three people who can handle the mangekyou sharingan."
Does not show nurses talking or Sasuke running home.
Aunt and Uncle storefront sells rice crackers (Uchiha senbei).
No cat scene.
Ends with Sasuke saying Naruto's his closest friend.
