The map of countries and country names seem to differ from anime. Countries have the same name as the shinobi villages:

Leaf Country (not Fire Country) - Hidden Leaf village - Hokage

Mist Country (not Water Country) - Hidden Mist village - Mizukage

Cloud Country (not Thunder Country) - Hidden Cloud village - Raikage

Sand Country (not Wind Country) - Hidden Sand Village - Kanekage

Stone Country (not Earth Country) - Hidden Stone Village - Tsuchikage

Note: Later in the manga, Wind  Country and Fire Country are referred to.

CH10: Two down (ep 6)  Chapter picture has Naruto's training schedule and Naruto has a Kakashi doll that he punches for practice!

Kakashi says "Naruto, it is good that you are releasing the poison, but you'll die from lack of blood (heart) seriously."

CH11: Disembark (ep 7)

Tazuna tells Kakashi, and the team about Gatou not in the boat but before the boat ride - while in the boat Kakashi has a flashback to their conversation while still in the woods

Boat takes route that has vegetation to be harder to spot. Nice pictures of trees growing from the water.

Naruto throws a shuriken into the bushes (not a kunai), Kakashi says "Please stop using shurikens.it's seriously dangerous."

Tazuna says his grandson Inari is 10 years old, but he is 8 in the anime.

Shows how the snow rabbit is supposed to be brown in the spring - fur color is based on sunlight.

Ends with Kakashi lifting his headband.

CH12: It's Over (ep 7)

Kakashi closes his right eye when he used his sharingan.

Ends with Kakashi with a kunai to Zabuza's throat.

CH13: I'm a Ninja (ep 8)

Zabuza comments that (Kakashi) escaping to the water was a mistake. In the anime and Viz manga Kakashi thinks it.

Ends with Naruto saying he has a plan.

CH14: Secret Plan (ep 8)

No significant differences.

Ends with Naruto appearing behind Zabuza.

CH15: Sharingan Resurrected (ep 9) (nice color pages, not colored in viz manga)

Nice diagram of Naruto's strategy.

Show needles penetrating Zabuza's neck.

Ends with masked boy.

CH16: Who Are You? (ep 9) (super pic of Kakashi without his mask, but obscured by a blanket, with pics of his genin team as a child, and as jounin with team 7)

Sakura does not give a speech on hunternins.

Tsunami, Tazuna's daughter is 29 (Viz manga has 28).

Kakashi - "No sound, no smell, that is a ninja's end."

Kakashi is sleeping and suddenly awakes while the team was trying to peek under his mask. That's when he realizes Zabuza is pobably still alive.

CH 17: Preparation for Battle (ep 10)

"Prepare before it's too late" that's a shinobi rule.

No significant differences.

Ends with Kakashi saying the team will train via tree climbing.
