Ch 163: What Refuses to Decay! (ep 93)
Kabuto's flashback of possibly betraying Orochimaru is here where Kabuto is approaching Orochimaru and Tsunade rather than when Orochimaru tells him to kill Shizune.
Kabuto says "I told you this medicine is going to be bitter" when Tsunade attacks hims and Orochimaru.
Ends with Tsunade challenging Orochimaru.
Ch 164: Medical Ninja!! (ep 93)
When Kabuto runs toward Tsunade he says ".as long as I'm aiming for your neck." rather than vital organs. There's no extended fight scene, he just hits her in the chest so she has problems breathing. Tsunade thinks that his sense and strength may exceed hers in her prime. After she knocks Kabuto down he thinks that his hit did not penetrate deep enough because of her fat breasts.
When Kabuto recovers and runs towards her he says "You're afraid of blood right? I'll show you some now! I'll scatter just enough blood until you are at the brink of death."
Ends with help arriving.
Ch 165: Naruto.Attacks! (ep 93-94)
Kabuto takes a blood stopping pill rather than a replenishing pill. (translation doesn't make sense)
Jiraiya doesn't make a funny face when Shizune tells him the drug effects will last for a few more hours.
Ends with Jiraiya summoning Gamakichi and Orochimaru saying "Your stupidity still hasn't been cured Jiraiya.then I will attack first!!"
Ch 166: A Ninja's Talents (ep 94)
Gamatatsu says it's his first summoning but he'll try his hardest. Gamakichi call calls him an idiot and says he'll be a snack and to hide, but Gamatatsu says "Even if I'm just a snack, I'll try." Rather than asking for a snack.
Swamp of the underworld (earth element hell swamp) -. Only one snake is stuck in the swamp. Not clear what happens to other snake.
Underworld spines (needle guardian) actually cover Jiraiya's neck but Oro's foot pulls it down and he is then able to bite his neck.
Ch 167: The Arrangement (ep 94)
Kabuto's kunai actually looks like it goes through Naruto's hand rather than him catching the kunai between his fingers.
Ch 168: Just One More Time (ep 95)
Kabuto doesn't mention cutting off the ninetail fox's chakra.
Ends with Orochimaru's sword going through Tsunade.
Ch 169: To Bet One's Life (ep 95)
No significant differences.
Ends with the sannins summons.
Ch170: The Battle of the Legendary Three! (ep 96)
Zeshi nensan = thousand fanged acid
Ends with Orochimaru wrapping his tongue around Tsunade, but she pulls it off quickly while it took a while in the anime.
Ch 171: Inherit The Dreams (ep 96)
Tsunade only punches Orochimaru once and he is knocked down, then Manda disappears. Fight went on much longer in the anime which doesn't make sense since she's so strong one punch should do it.
Ends with the gang leaving for Leaf Village.
Note: Ep 97 is completely filler, not in the manga at all.
