Ninja forehead protector for kids - dress as ninja for Halloween or birthday parties!

Cut a strip of soft cardboard (cereal box) about 2" x 6"

Take a sheet of heavy duty Reynolds aluminum foil and wrap around the cardboard preferably at least twice.

Trim foil side edges to within a half inch of the cardboard. Fold foil back to the side where the horizontal crease is.

On the smooth side, draw the leaf or other symbol in the center with a medium permanent marker, or just use a pointy stick to give an engraved effect.

Get a blue or other solid color bandana or scarf or material about 12" x 36" depending on head size. A tapered scarf, like an elongated hexagon, works better for tying (less material, less bulky).

Fold the scarf so that about a quarter to half an inch borders the aluminum plate on the top and bottom.

Sew scarf to hold in place.

Use a glue gun to fix the aluminum plate onto the scarf.

NOTE: If you can't sew or don't have a glue gun, try fabric glue. Looks like regular white Elmer's glue (who knows, maybe it's the same stuff) but it really works!
